Kid Fitness is a sports, fitness and recreation program offered at your child's
school or day care. In the Kid Fitness program your child will have the opportunity to
be introduced to the basic fundamentals of sports such as soccer, basketball,
bowling, and miniature golf. Classes also include instruction on kid- friendly
versions of yoga, Tae Bo, aerobics, and gymnastics. Some of our super fun
activities range from obstacle courses with colorful tunnels, trampolines, balance
beams, and stepping stones to giant parachute  and other cooperative games!

We also offer private P.E. classes for kindergarten through middle school age
children and personal sessions. Lesson plans include a wide range of calisthenics,
cardio based drills, aerobics, plyometrics, ballistic exercises and stretches. In
addition to these exercises we include fun activities and equipment that promote
core strengthening, team building skills, balance and coordination.
This positive program promotes:
